And does special depreciation have its own start date? Does not make sense to me.
Or maybe by special depreciation you are referring to the alternative or additive depreciation area used for Unplanned Depreciation, or maybe for a different rate of depreciation such as for statutory/revenue purposes, or for revaluations of assets?
I am sure someone will have answer for you. Please explain a little differently.
