That is correct!
But in this case the project did not exist when I created my project but
when I am checked in my QA and Production system a project existed. So I was
wondering, How can I find out who deleted it in Development box?

Hey,
If an exit is assigned to any project and you try to add it to a different
project, you will get an error message showing that user exit XXXX is already
assigned to YYYY Project. It will not allow you to assign the same exit to
multiple projects.
