the best way is creating a PO service (or a contract ) and enter all the value in quantity field, enter 1 in gross price and Unit of measure as AU (activity unit) for example.
at the end of the month you create a service entry sheet (ME81N)
enter the monthly costs on quantity.
then MIR 4 or MIR7 for finance.
