Hi,

I would go for the service PO with unplanned service where the ''Overall Limits'' and "Expected Value" fields are maintained. If the rates are fixed and well controlled, you should raise the service contract and refer your unplanned service PO to it. During SE maintenance in ML81N transaction, you can call off from the contract.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: How to do GR for Services with varying rates?

> We usually have an annual service PO particularly for Utilities Vendor. The GR/invoice is done monthly. The unit rates and the qty varies on monthly basis. How can I capture both when I do the GR? Or is there a way to create a PO to handle this?
