Have you followed the documentation supplied in the following links:

Have you registered your SNC certificate.
You need to add the following IP address to the SAPROTTAB:
41.206.19.131
P 41.206.19.131 194.39.131.34 3299

Thanks so much, am still troubleshooting, please I need help urgently, I think the issue is with my saprouttab,
my saprouttab information is

and our public ip address is 41.206.19.131/132
please kindly help me out with the saprouttab,
this is the error is given now
sapserv2a:router permission denied (41.206.19.131 to oss001, sapdp01)
