hi,

are you not saving Fins statements on a server for Finance,
in many countries it is an obligation to have these figures availbalble, so you have not to run again and you can pick them up from the storage if you have the authorisation

Warren,

Yes I did highlight this checkbox.But if I run it with the dates as specified then the report output reflects the cumulative balance for period-4 as visible on FAGLB03.I thought this checkbox exists to that one can run the financial statements for whatever date range passed on these fields, which is apparently not happening.
