By "assigned to equipment numbers", was that via the Construction type field on the Equipment Master?
If yes, IH08 Display Equipment List has a selection filter for Construction type under the Maintenance Data group (well down the screen).
Or if the IBAU was assigned via a Bill of Material, then
CS15 Where-Used List for Material on Bills of Material.
