I would opt for the suggestion below;
You can create a custom BAPI to retrieve those desired fields
SE11
Under data attribute: Specify name and on next screen declare as Structure
SE37:
Create a custom Function Module and include BAPI fields as desired under
the import section of the FM. In the code section of the Function, include
a select statement which should retrieve the desired fields
Finally use the BAPI in the program you create.

You can actually use Ad Hoc to get this information.
Username - IT0105 Subtype 0001 field USRID
PERNR - Pick any infotype that is being used, IT0105 Field PERNR
SURNAME - IT0002 Field NACHN or VORNA. I can never remember which is which
Otherwise, you'll need to have an ABAP report created.
