Did you try the below steps:
1) SE80 --> in Class / Interface ---select -- 'Internet Service'
In the below TAB type -- System ---(press enter) --- select object name
(System) --- RightClick -- Publish--Complete service
also, do the same for -- webgui -- (press enter) --- select object name
(webgui) --- RightClick -- Publish--Complete service
2) have you tried opening the link -- copy and paste open in different
browser...
3) have you checked and enabled the --compatibility view in IE browser...

HI
We have created a custom SICF service to access transaction via webgui.
We have activated the port,service,parameter and publishes the service also.
WEBGUI link is accessible but passing through user id and password,page gets stuck on "Please wait..." Message". We have already checked the SAP note 1651937 which explains the similar issue but we are already on a higher kernel level.
I have followed various sap notes and blogs but could not fix the issue.
System info:
ECC 6.0 EHP6
Kernel 720/401
Windows 2008R2
MSSQL
Please help
