Hi,

Here is how we can put the quota arrangement in use in APO.

1. First cif across the scheduling agreement, so that you have external
procurement relationship in APO.

2. Go to master data maintenance quota arrangement.

3. Put in Inbound quota maintenance.

4. Select external procurement relationship in the quota and maintain those
percentages.

5. The engines like CTM and Heuristics will respect this untill unless
demand is not getting fulfilled on time in CTM.

6. To effectively see the quota, Please keep demand well in future date so
as no lead time restrictions kick in during plan.

If you still need more to know on how to maintain quota, let me know.

Regards,

I suppose APO takes its datas from another SAP box(production box).If so,you can create quota in there (MEQ1).
Hope this helps
