Reply from respinosamilla on Dec 26 at 6:10 PM You can configure this via transaction SM31 and view V_582A_D. In the field EPAST you can establish the system response in a modification in infotype in relation with the payroll calculation of the last period. This configuration is for each infotype. You can determine also who affects the infotype modification to the retroactivity. The possible values of EPAST field are: Entries in payroll past are permissible: No message X Entries in payroll past are permissible: W message E Entries in payroll past are not permissible I Check for entries in payroll past is infotype-specific I think with the value E you restrict the I15 modification after payroll is completed. You can find it too in customizing: Personnel Management --> Personnel Administration --> Customizing Procedures --> Infotypes --> Define fields releivants for retroactive accounting --> Retroactive accounting relevance for payroll and time per IT I think it is easy to configure, but think first in possible inconvenience of this configuration.

How difficult is this to implement technically? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
