You will need the proc cl 10 to a suitable value so that it will be paid for the active days. Check in the PCR XPPF and its subrules re: how each pr cl 10 value is processed. If it is not to be paid for unpaid absences, then check which reduces with RTE-SAPAUxx. Also check which types of unpaid absences are to be not paid as per your business requirements and accordingly you may need to change the rules. The xx value in SAPAUxx refers to the absence counting class. The no.of hrs for the absence counting classes are counted in the function PAB based on the config.

Hi Gurus,
1) Presently we have a wagetype/allowance under IT0014, which needs to be set to prorate.
I.e, if an 'ee joins in the mid of the month, this allowance need to paid to him on prorate from the date he joined. Request you to provide me with the step wise configuration to set the WT.
2) How do I check if the WT's are set to prorate currently in the system.
