Hi JJ Excise tax would be usually in selling/buying. Is it deducted from an employee's pay? Or is it claimed by an employee as an expense? If it is not a tax paid by employee, unless the SAP US payroll provides for it, I would suggest using a customer wage type not staring wit / (slash) - which is a SAP range; also probably, you need your own calc rules or it should be entered in IT 15. Regards, JG

Since this needs to be reported in a separate box(12k) on US W-2's, we will need to isolate this payment from /401 - federal withholding. Anybody have an idea how this can be achieved.
