Hi,
Check weather you SAPSR3 user on oracle is locked.
( connect as /) select dba_users, account_status from dba_users;
if locked do : alter user SAPSR3 account unlock
make sure you have the ops$ user properly set

I have recently attempted to converse our BW system to Unicode. It
failed?so I restored our backup to get the original system up and
running.
But I kept getting the?errors below?in dev_w0 when trying to start SAP via
SAPMMC
I've tried these without any succes:
- R3trans -d gives an rc=0000
- recreate the ops@bwqadm account
- apply all the sapconn, sap_dba roles etc ...
- use brconnect to reset the password of SAPSR3
- recreate?SAPUSER table
We are running NetWeaver 7.0 EhP 1 on Windows.
Could you please help ?
