Go to Spro>Materials Management>Purchasing>setup Stock transport order>Assign Delivery Type
NLCC should be set to NB and dltype NL should be UB. You have to map all the plants and delivery types I think.

Subject: Intercompany STO process
Does anyone have any information on how the processes work between the sending and receiving plant. We are fully configured with STO's and its working. The issues we are having is dates between sending and receiving plants. The receiving plant creates STO with the delivery date they are expecting it. However when the sending plant gets it they need to shift things out.
We dont want to have them change the delivery date on STO as the receiving site owns this field and will mess with their MRP. The only other thing i can think of is to enter an AB order ack. but the sending site has to do this manually which is ok i guess
I guess what i am after is there a better process for the sites to talk to each other in STO. Especially when there are long lead times like Europe to Japan.
