Hi,

Can you check if the vacation absence quota have valid quota numbers wrt to date (sometimes it does have quotas but may not be valid to be availed for deduction.
Just a try please ignore if you have done it already

The absence quotas we have are - vacation , Floating and sick leave .

Vacation in table V_556R_B for each ESG/PSG is only Vacation and then Floating Holiday and no sick leave is defined here. Under Quota type sequence for further deductions is provided as- No further deduction . Deduction priority - Quota types , Priority1 and all other selections are defined as Not relevant.

Wrong deductions are happening for these two categories - 1) The system is deducting floating holiday instead of vacation , when Vacation is provided. PA30 of EE has vacation, floating holiday and sick leave

2) System is deducting sick leave instated of vacation ,when vacation is provided - if PA30 entry has only vacation and sick leave. As there is no floating holiday taking the next available absence quota from PA30

System is bypassing vacation and taking the next available absence quotas , though V_556R_B entries are correct. Please let me know which other sections I can check to find the cause and fix this issue to take vacation , when vacation is provided ?
