Hi,

Have you checked "R3trans -d"?
You should check the connection via R3trans.

Subject: lsnrctl Start Error

Dear All,

Good morning! In my Quality server, listener service status is "Started" and also SAP is working fine.
But in Solution Manager, SM21 log error for Quality system "ORA-01017: invalid username/password"
so i checked the DBA users in Quality system, the DBA users are not locked. All users are in open mode.

When I check the Listener status in Quality system on command prompt, I am getting the following error.
C:\Users\biqadm>lsnrctl status
LSNRCTL for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 29-MAR-2017 09:41
