The text type "shipping instruction" in the transport should show the following default entry: "abcd". The information should always be at the beginning of the text field or in the first line and must be manually over writeable or changeable. The entries should be valid for transport types XXXX and XXXX.
I have checked the configuration settings and found that VOTXN has settings of default text but only if access sequence is maintained. But, unfortunately for shipment we do not have any access sequence configuration.
Kindly suggest me as to how shall I proceed with this issue?
