First thing activate version history mgmt for PO in backend config. Create
a PO and a save, PO sent through output message to vendor (like mail or
fax) then make changes in the PO and save you can find version history tab
on header with verison number n change details.

As per our business requirements, user wants to impose the following:
1. Once a Purchase Order is released and outputted then if there is any change in the Material PO text (item detail tab) a new version should be created automatically.
