Question from kiranroy940 on Mar 1 at 7:14 AM We have received this order (30546158) at ATP side in 2 New Order Files.
First time this order was received in new order file on 2016-02-19 and then for the 2nd time on 2016-02-20 . PFA the 2 new order files.
Kindly let us know the reason behind this issue and the logic on how the new orders are captured and sent from your side. The job chain : "JC_ZSDOM_EXT_NewOrderLine_ATP" is used to send New order files to ATP.
Please suggest me root cause for this how to resolve and where we have check in step by step way.
