Reply from CWK on Mar 1 at 3:08 PM CheraeK -- It's hard to tell what the best way to pull this off is without knowing more about your process. I think there are two ways to pull this off. One way is to set up a production scheduling profile in configuration (transaction OPKP) for your Plant/Order Type. Among the options you can choose is Automatic Goods Receipt, which will automatically perform a goods movement to the storage location specified on the Goods Receipt tab of your order. The production scheduling profile is assigned on the material master, so it is only appropriate if you want to do automated goods receipts for every production order created for the material (in the designated plant). You have a finer level of control if you create a control key that performs automatic goods receipt (config transaction OPJ8) - or use the PP03 control key that is installed with SAP. We use this one on some of our routings, always assigning the control key to the last operation on the routing. We confirm orders one operation at a time. I believe you'll get the same result if you confirm at the order header level using CO15 -- even partial confirmations will be posted to inventory. Good luck, Carl

When our work orders confirm we have to manually move the materials to WIPSTG from WIP. Is it possible to have SAP programmed to move the materials automatically? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
