Reply from Whittan_SAP_team on Mar 1 at 9:19 AM Planned delivery time is specified for a single item and is used as part of the MRP calculation when calculating dates on procurement proposals. Total Replenishment Lead time is the length of time that you would expect for a top level assembly to be replenished, this can be the sum of external procurement time and internal Production time. Within MD04 you have the ability to show the Replenishment lead time as a line on the display. As a manufacturer we also use this field to guide Sales Order entry on what is an acceptable demand to place on the Factory without reference. We have also created reports that allow us to monitor the level of Sales Order entry that is done within the TRLT so that we can see areas where the guidelines are not being followed.

I am aware that TRLT contains transit time which is added to PDT. Just want to confirm if the type of days (working or calendar) are hard coded and if the use if flexible (determined by the company using the SAP ERP). | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
