startsap r3 nr=(Instance no) SAPDIAHOST=(hostname)
startstop r3 nr=(Instance no) SAPDIAHOST=(hostname)
see the more options command -help

As usual kumar is wrong (the guru wannabe from Germany).
SAP MMC cannot stop Oracle... but it starts it when you start SAP.
Anyways, this is a very basic question, I would recommend a basis SAP Basis course such as ADM100.
