It's always good to use predictive maintenance order to correct the defects
identified in condition based monitoring so that you can have separate
track on all the issues and technicalities in future.

Subject: Corrective Vs Condition Based Maintenance

Whats the best practice to correct the defects identified in condition based tasks is it good to open new corrective order or preventive order.

Currently we use corrective order for immediate breakdown and delayed breakdown and preventive order for time based / performance based tasks. For initial recording of condition work is also done in preventive order

Is it good to create new predictive order to correct defects identified in condition measurement tasks or use existing corrective order.

Regards
