should we cancel it & have it transacted again?
We do not use migo here for returns only in our subcontract process. For QM
we use the same MB01. I can try migo but the financial period has passed
and closed. How Can we open that period up or cancel the document?

Many factors involved, too little information.
Remove the Outbound Delivery. MBRL Outbound Delivery better suited for SD sales.
If the goal is to put stock back into your inventory, then use MIGO, Goods Receipt, Other, Mvt type 501
Future returns need to be handled via QM if active with MIGO Return Delivery 122 is better for PO returns. |
