In ME5A, PR release date shows, but you have click "Change layout" to move
it to the "display column" for visibility. This report is very helpful. You
can gain another two reports for "account assignment" for WBS code and
source of supply in the details screen.
Just take your time to explode this report and will
find comprehensive info for PR&PO. For instance,
In the main screen,
1. tick"Closed requisition" , then report will list only PR/PO which have
been totally complete whole quantity goods receipts.
2. tick "partly ordered" requisition, report is going list PR/PO with
partial items have goods receipts

You won't get all that info in a standard SAP report. You'll need to create a custom report to get data such as actual release time for the PR.
Standard Transactions such as ME2L, ME2N etc will list PO's per buyer code and which can be restricted to 1 day. MCE1 will list monthly totals.
Use the dynamic selection of ME5A to get PR & PO creation dates, via the change layout option but this will not list PR release date.
