I think yes somewhere in the background this generic ID is actually
triggering the import action.
I ll explain the situation again -
1. person X logs into Solman system with his own Id and triggers the import
of a TR (NOTE : this import is not triggered from STMS, it triggered from
ChaRM tasklist of that project in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN)
2. the ChaRM system does the job of importing the TR in that concerned
managed systems. May here only some function are getting called from Solman
to managed system and this calling procedure somewhere picks the generic ID
instead of person X's ID...this is my guess.
3. the TR gets imported but import History shows generic ID under User
field instead of X's ID.
