I ll explain the situation again - 1. person X logs into Solman system with his own Id and triggers the import of a TR (NOTE : this import is not triggered from STMS, it triggered from ChaRM tasklist of that project in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN) 2. the ChaRM system does the job of importing the TR in that concerned managed systems.
