This error is indicating that SAP cannot save your doc because to do so
would result in a duplicate record. Check the "current" number assigned in
config for this doc type range against the last document saved in the
table. The current number should be 1 number larger than the last doc
number saved. If it isn't, then fix the current number accordingly and try
again.
