Reply from john_mckee on Mar 22 at 6:21 PM At my company we had this exact same problem with Ad HocQuery. Sap advised us to implement SAP note 562031 to change system operation so it determines the entry
date and leaving date based on start and end date of the personnel action within the key date. This solved the problem for both Hiredate and Leaving Date.

When running ad hoc query for PA (to get per nrs and their hiring dates)
the system produces 00000 as entry date.
