Are you Basis? If not why are you applying SAP Notes? This is usually a Basis task. A syntax error usually means that a program or piece of code could not be executed and the reason is given as a missing component. What that component is, I have no idea because I do not know what note 1614719 is supposed to do. You did not tell us this. You should give us a lot more details or reproduce the note here in its entirety to give us some idea. If you have a legal system you should also have a maintenance agreement with SAP and could ask the OSS.
