Okay, you have my attention! We are on Netweaver 7 EhP 1 in all our systems except our sandbox, which we just upgraded to EhP 2. I have never seen this fascinating-sounding little popup of which you speak in any of our systems. I just tried it in both our dev and sandbox systems, and I don't get such a popup in either system when entering a CALL METHOD.
Okay Gurus, how do we enable this nifty little feature?

I took training a couple of weeks ago and noticed that when I was in the
ABAP workbench and while typing 2 or 3 characters of the command the
workbench shows a hit and if the tab key was pressed the whole command is
entered for you; I know where the setting is for this so I don't have a
problem here in my system.
But also I noticed that when I was instantiating some classes or calling a
method a little screen opens up on the editor giving you a chance to see
parameters, option, etc. you have for that particular method.
I cannot replicate that in the workbench from my company. Where is the
setting for this? Or what key do I need to press to get that little window
shown? Or is it just in Netweaver 6.0 EP2? I am in EP1 by the way.
