This is Kathy from BSI Support. The employee social security tax was reduced from 6.2% to 4.2%. The employee medicare tax of 1.24% remains intact and was not changed.

The change in social security rate is not showing up on tax form
HR_F_941.
5a Total social security wages* is still showing a multiplication with
the factor 0.124 instead of 0.104 since the employee social security
rate has gone down to 0.042 from 0.062.
Has SAP issued a note to fix this?
T5UTX table has correct rate in it.
