This is not a sap problem.
This is the way how you solve your problem, bankcost is not salary,... total paid to post on the same account that you posted your salary to be paid,....
and calculate the totals from the bank to post in 1 line, unless these are checks, why should the bank ...breaking up the amounts...this is not legal in Belgium.
People who register the bank postings should not know your paid salary, this belongs to HE !

If you have posted payroll entry with total amount. Then you can do
1thing calculate total payroll entries from bank statement excluding charges
and match with your statement entry.
