Hi Raj,
You can set the holiday as "Guaranteed". In doing so, you are specifying that the holiday should be moved to a working day if it falls on certain days.
However, the standard SAP only allows "Guaranteed" holiday that falls on Thurs, Fri, Sun and Sat/Sun. Which means that you can only either set the same rule for both Sat/Sun, or you only "Guaranteed" holiday if it falls on Sat.
One alternative you may wish to explore is to use the Sun as "Guaranteed" holiday. If the holiday happens to fall on Sat, you then manually adjust it in PT02.
Hope this helps.

I want the holiday that is due to fall on the 1st January, I do see it being moved to the 3rd January but for holiday's that fall on a Saturday this must be brought forward to the Friday before, and if the holiday falls on the Sunday then its moved forward to the Sunday.
I presume that there will not be a double accrual for this? It won't load on the 31st December and also the 1st January?
Please advise
Regards,
Raj
