Yes you have to set both and user name always be in CAPITAL letter.

Thanks, So i have to set the both the parameter
login/disable_multi_gui_login=1
and login/multi_login_users=ALPHA,BETA,GAMMA,DELTA


Please suggest and if any precaution do we have to take.
