I have a requirement to add some custom fields (like deviation number) to the Notification, and PM order screens, as well as list processing screens for those objects. I have extended the db tables QMEL and CI_AUFK (AUFK) to include the fields I need, and within the notification processing, the order processing, and the list functions (IW28/9, IW38/9), everything works correctly. (I used enhancements QQMA0001 & IWO10018).
However, when an order is created from a notification, I need the custom fields input into the notification to copy over into the order. I cannot find any user exit which accomplishes this. The closest thing I've found is exit EXIT_SAPLIWOL_032, within IPRM0003. However, that only seems to be called/used in the case of notifications created from maintenance plans, the intent being to copy over customer-extension maintenance fields (MPOS extension) from notification to order in that case.
I need a way to copy the notification customer fields into the order customer fields when an order is created from a notification, regardless if that notification was created from a maintenance plan or not. I am having lots of trouble finding an appropriate enhancement point, and I'm open to any suggestions.
