Hi.? I believe you need to look at this validation as an "IF" statement.
?
If Cost Ctr in Cost Ctr set and GL Account in GL Set
?? error message
ELSE
?? continue.
?
So if you are working with a validation, your prerequisites are Cost Ctr in Cost Ctr set and GL Account in GL set, result is error message.
?
Hope this helps.

Hi Waza

While I enjoy your posts, I also feel that this is a forum for sharing
knowledge and if it has to be done then it is my humble opinion that such
knowledge transfer should be done to the benefit of the person(s) seeking
clarifications. Otherwise what is the point in clarifying? If one is so
concerned about oneself, then would it not be better not to clarify at all
and thus safeguard his / her employment? I sincerely feel that participation
in this forum should be altruistic in nature with preference to it over
self- preservation. However, there is no compulsion to offer any
clarification ( in parts and using hints only) if one is concerned more
about his / her self-preservative instincts.

Hope you agree with my views and do not take me amiss

Regards

VidhyaDhar
