[sap-log-sd] Blocking Sales Order

Dear Experts,
We want to block the sales order if the net value goes beyond say 100,000
Rs. Then the next authority can only release it for delivery.
This blocking does not include any customers' credit limits. It should be
blocked for all customer if the net value of the sales order goes beyond
threshold limit.
Can anyone help me how can we customize the same.
