Hi Connie,
We have exactly the same problem. An employee is transferred to a new state and there is no YTD for that state unemployment tax in TCRT. Yet in USTAX the BSI interface passes a YTD value and casued a tax refund and hard error.
Have you found out what caused the problem? And how did you fix it using TaxFactory?
Thanks a lot.

> SDC SM: 9 BW: 1243.06
> LUD SA: 0 QW: 5517.86 QT: 35.87
> On row 2 that states the YTD earnings and YTD taxes, the Tax amount is incorrect, when compared to the payroll results. It should be 35.87.
> I have used the test tool in Tax Factory and changed the YTD to be what it should be. This resulted in a correct amount calculated for the unemployment tax based on YTD wages and the override rate entered in Tax Factory.
