Hi Carlos, Freight is normally calculated on the basis of weight. What is the business scenario that necessitates maintaining freight as a fixed amount?

I am trying to get freight as a fix amount. The problem is that when the SO is underdelivered the Freight amount on the invoice is also lowered on the same percentage,
So far been trying to modify condition in V/06 and rules in V/08 but every option seems to modify amount depending on delivery.
Or if somebody could point me to any condition that does this even if its not freight, we just want to make an extra charge.
