I feel the need to add an IMPORTANT caution to this....There are important notes the MUST be applied before importing support packages, these notes are listed in note 822379...this note is prompted for in the pop-up before SPAM runs....this note also lists issues with support packages.....note 822379 is a MUST read and often overlooked.....you would know that KB70010 takes a long time to import...you would know that you can speed up the import by applying some dictionary activation fixes in some of the listed notes....
SAP spends much time and effort to prepare customers for encountered issues...read the notes..

You have two options:
1. Restore to backup completed before the patches.
2. Open a message with SAP.
