[sap-acct] CO Assessment Cycle Error

During month end CO closing process we run Assessment cycle KSU5. This month we don't have any work at shop-floor hence there are no any notifications. Due to which I am facing an error "Sender base in period 011 is 0; therefore, no allocation is possible".

Can anybody help me to post cost of senders cost centres to receiving cost centres manually? or is there any other way to post this KSU5 automatically.
