If you want to assign it before the production and in the master data, you have to assign the quantity as planned scrap at the component level in the BOM. However, if it is unplanned, all you have to do is enter a new line in the goods movement screen of the confirmation and select 551 as your goods movement. Either case, it will perform a scrap operation with the finished material production order as the account assignment.
