I have already gone through this note but it doesn't provide any solution. I need to get the Service Data Quality rated rather than just grey.
I have already checked data collection services, host agent, authorizations. I even checked it on DEV and QAS systems and they both produce the same result in EWA (Grey in the same area).

EWA Service Data Quality rated grey.
I am generating a sap earlywatch report for my productive server (ERP 6.0 EHP7) on Solman 7.1 and in the first section related to data quality I am getting this:

The table under it says "Reading performance data from BW returned neither data nor an error code. A timeout may have occurred. Infocube: 0CCMSMTPH used in section 'Workload Overview <SID>"
I am trying to get this section to be all green, so far I have checked system preparation, managed systems, basic configuration and I can't seem to find anything wrong.
