We have a new requirement from client stating they want mandatory 2 training to be mandatory completed first three months of hiring. And once it is completed the same trainings has to be repeated every year.
Say an employee hired in Jan 2017, within 31st Mar 2017 he/she has to completed training 1 and training 2. In the next year in Jan 2018 employee has to complete training 1 again and in Jan 2019 employee has to complete training 2 and it goes on.
Kindly let me know if this is possible. If yes then how ?
