Question from Chipo on Jun 26 at 3:34 PM We have the "Keep balance in Local Currency" indicator activated on some of our GL Accounts.
As a result of this indicator:
FCY transactions result in one leg of the transaction updating the Totals table in transaction currency and the other leg of the transaction updates in local currency, resulting in an out of balance Trial Balance in Transaction Currency.
In the industry in which we operate, we need a balanced Trial Balance in both Transaction and Local Currency
Please advise how others address this issue
