First you need to use the authorization key and assign this to the tole of the authorized person. This to prevent changing the status of the order by any user unless the authorized person, however any user who created the quotation can change any thing in the quotation, such as price, quantity or any thing even after approval from the manager(authorized). So to prevent the change based on the status this will need a z_authorization object on the fields od order type and user status, the assign this to the authorized person.

The quotation locking is required to carry out no further changes need to be done for price change only authorized person should change the price.Any quantity or item category changes can be done even if quotation is locked
