Reply from dbcasey on Jun 15 at 9:48 AM When setting up your Characteristic for PO Net Value (CT04), make sure in the Basic Data tab you select Value assignment 'Multiple Values', and 'Interval Vals Allowed'. Also, the conditions should be:
0-1000 USD
> 999.99
Otherwise, it will not assign a release strategy if the Total Value is $1,000.

I'm working on a scenario where I need to set up two release strategies based on the order net value. I have set up the range like this:
0-1000 USD strategy 1
>1000USD strategy 2
but this is not working, all the time only work the strategy with the range starting at 0, so in this example, if my PO net Value is 500 USD the strategy 1 is raised, but if the net value is 2000, no strategy is raised.
Even if I change the condition like this.
0-1000 USD strategy 2
>1000USD strategy 1
always the condition with the range starting at 0 is raised, the other condition never works.
Can you help me? Any idea? |
