the payment cashbook and reset and reverse all clearing documents posted by
the payment run and pay again

If nothing was selected/paid, then you really don't need to delete the payment run. I'm not sure it will let you delete the proposal after deleting the output. You can run again with same parameters and just give it a different ID for the same date, if necessary.
