I'm not sure it will let you delete the proposal after deleting the output. You can run again with same parameters and just give it a different ID for the same date, if necessary.

Thanks Jack for getting back. In the log I noticed that no records were selected and I checked the accounts and no posting went through yet.
I'm thinking since no records were selected I could go into edit - payment- delete output. After that, edit - proposal - delete.
Please advise.
